For me it's essential to gain an in-depth understanding of your special companion and the connection you share helps me to truly capture their personality and uniqueness.

The Process…

1. Please review my size and price list.

2. Choose a few of your favourite photos (see tips below).

3. Send me a quick email at info@amandasharpart.com with your photo, size choice and any information you wish to share. I will respond and send you a contract and invoice for the 30% deposit. This deposit will secure your booking and cover material costs.

4. We can then chat or email to discuss your portrait.  And if you wish, I can send you progress photos throughout the process.

5. I will send you a photograph of the final piece for your approval to ensure you are satisfied. Once you are happy with your artwork, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance (minus deposit).

6. Once payment has been confirmed, I will mail out your portrait tracked and insured. If you live in the Calgary area, I’m happy to deliver your new art collection.

On a sensitive note: if you do not have the option of taking new photos, we can go through your past photos together to create the perfect memory 🤍

When selecting your photos please only choose the best quality with the highest resolution, this is essential in allowing me to achieve the closest likeness.

• Close-up and in-focus

• Good quality clear, crisp, lots of detail

• The clearer the eye, nose, and mouth are, the easier it is to portray characteristics

• Good light, not too many shadows
