The Process…

1. Please review my size and price list.

2. Choose a few of your favourite photos (see tips below).

3. Send me a quick email at info@amandasharpart.com with your photo, size choice and any information you wish to share. I will respond and send you a contract and invoice for the 30% deposit. This deposit will secure your booking and cover material costs.

4. We can then chat or email to discuss your portrait.  And if you wish, I can send you progress photos throughout the process.

5. When the portrait is complete, I will send you a photograph of the final piece for your approval to ensure you are satisfied. Once you are happy with your artwork, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance (minus 30% deposit).

6. Once payment has been confirmed, I will mail out your portrait tracked and insured. If you live in the Calgary area, I’m happy to deliver your new art collection.

Photo Selection Tips…
On a sensitive note: if you do not have the option of taking new photos, we can go through your past photos together to create the perfect memory of your beloved pet 🤍

When selecting your photos please only choose the best quality with the highest resolution, this is essential 
in allowing me to achieve the closest likeness.

• Close-up and in-focus

• Good quality (clear, crisp, lots of detail!)

• The clearer the eye, nose, and mouth are, the easier it is to portray characteristics

• Good light, not too many shadows
